Can "T" teachers/place holders throw off the building of the master schedule?

Almost anything can throw off a Build, but place holder teachers are used commonly in Districts I work with so no, in and of themselves, they will not.

Thank you! I was wondering because I have 2 classes that are quarter classes that are hanging up the build. At best, I was at 87% of classes that had built to the master. However, the only discrepancy or potential issue that I could see with these 2 courses was the fact that they are assigned to T teachers. 😞
