There are a number of resources available here in the community for PowerSchedule, depending if you want PowerScheduler to help build the master schedule or just help to load the schedule your create. Not since version 12 has there been a comprehensive Users Guide (which was 2800 pages long.) Needless to say, it's just a little overwhelming.
PowerSchool also has optional (paid) training sessions throughout the year and at PowerSchool University. These are pretty good but also on the pricey side.
MBA also has online training sessions. This group has both free and paid PowerSchool plugins and also does consulting work.
