Mass Update Class Entrance Dates

Hello,

I need to update the entrance dates for all my students for every class. We had to go through two rounds of schedule changes and the dates no longer align. Is there a way to do this with an import or do I have to do it with each student individual student?

CC records can be updated en masse via DDA. The entry date field is DateEnrolled.If you have to change exit dates that field is DateLeft. Be careful that you have the correct TermIDs (and dates, 'natch).

DDA is Direct Database Access. If you do not know how to access it you should speak to your PowerSchool Administrator, as you can cause very serious damage to your database if you do not know exactly what you are doing.

To build off of what @JeffG9 said, I do what he mentioned but I search for DateEnrolled=mm/dd/yyyy to make sure I get only the records I want to modify.  I have had to update the DateLeft for most of our students this year because we have some extra days on our calendar after the last day for students.
