Loading students - Scheduling

We run muiliple expression with different times during our 3rd, 4th, and 5th period due to lunches.  However, I only want students to be assigned to 1 expression during each full period time. 

Example:  Our expression are set up like: So, I want my 7th grade students to be schedule for either

3rd period LA or 3rd Period LB and 3rd Period LB2, and my 8th and 9th grade students only getting scheduled for 3rd period and not the other 3rd period classes (LA,LB, LB2)
