We are interesting in exploring a way to remove barriers for applicants and one item that came up was being able to provide paper applications (with all of the necessary questions and disclaimers) for those who have access barriers and then applying on behalf of the applicant in Recruit + Hire. I would think it's a similar process to moving an applicant from one job posting to another on their behalf but couldn't find if this was a feature. Has any one else explored this?
This would depends on if you want the applicant to have an account. If they do, the admin would apply as the applicant. You can also create profiles using a job fair. Both the Career Day and Job Fair can be accessed via the Tools tab.
