Letter of Recommendation Option Not Appearing Naviance

Searching up how to apply for Letters of Recommendation, I found that there should be a tab under Apply to Colleges that states Letters of Recommendation, but that doesn't appear on my account. What should I do?

The ability for the student to request letters of recommendation needs to be selected from the Admin/School side of Naviance for that option to appear of the student side.
