Import to SectionTeacher table

Hi,  I cannot find a way to import to field RoleID in SectionTeacher table.  I have several staff who need gradebook access to 30 or more courses and want to do this via an import.  Can anyone provide insight if this is possible and if so how?

I don't see that table in the Quick Import menu or Data Import Manager, but you can now make mass changes to staff through the UI. I have attached some screenshots.
