Immunizations

As i am entering immunizations for our 3 year old pre-k, it is telling me that they are out of compliance.  I have checked with the state, they are not our of compliance.  Most of them can't receive any additional vaccines until they are four years old.  

Our tech support called you, and some of the problem was resolved, but it is still showing that come of our students are not compliant with Dtap vaccine

Have you tried unbinding and rebinding the rule to clear errors and see if this has been fixed?

We have the new updated version and now we can't get our rules correct and most of our students say non compliant when they are obviously compliant.  We can't even use this part of the program and trust it. Help!
