How to Run a Student Report Card from 4 years ago?

I need to run a missing report card from 4 years ago. How can I do this?

If they are Traditional Grades it'll be way easier to export them via DDE. 

If not, is a Report Card Template or Object Report? Screenshots of the Schedule Listing/Transcript Object would be helpful.
