How can I can my Homeroom gain access to assign a reporting term

Im trying to create additional courses but I keep receiving an error that " 5th-Homeroom does not have an assigned reporting term. Contact your PowerSchool system administrator for assistance". Please advise.

Someone on the Admin side must enter the Final Grade/Reporting Terms. Reporting Terms are separate from scheduling terms.

Also creating a course has nothing to do with reporting terms. Unless you are not talking about PowerSchool.
