Home Access Center is TOO SLOW
This is getting out of hand! The Home Access Center is an absolute nightmare right now. It’s beyond laggy—it's practically unusable! The “classes” page constantly fails to load, leaving us with nothing but error messages.
This situation has been dragging on for YEARS, and it’s extremely frustrating for both students and parents. We deserve a working system that allows us to keep track of our education and support our kids effectively. Enough is enough! We need serious action taken on this issue now!

Hi @CZ120
To protect your privacy and prevent sharing any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) in the Community, we recommend contacting your district’s Technical Support. They can connect with the PowerSchool Support Team on your behalf. The Support Team will be able to investigate the classes, gather relevant student data, and help resolve the issue with the necessary troubleshooting steps.
