I am trying to complete the annual update in the home access center but when clicking the 'start' link is returning the following error message :
Exception: StudentIdentifier: ##### not authorized for user.
(I masked the student id number).
I am getting the same error
I was able to figure it out, just close your browser to clean the computer cache and then reopen the home access center, this is mostly happening if you have more than one student enrolled.
I had the same problem.
Then I used another computer to log in and then it worked well.
