Grading Categories

What are your assignment categories you use for your classes? My school is in between Skyward and PowerSchool and leaning toward Skyward, but with Skyward the district creates Categories and teachers choose within the categories the district sets. We are using the Teacher Access Center (ESchoolPlus) now. Just overall wondering? I am a PE teacher and I mainly use Participation, and Fitness Activity for Fitness Testing.

My district uses the following categories based on the grade level:

1. Test

2. Quiz

3. Project

4. Homework

5. Classwork

Our district creates some categories, but teachers have the ability to add categories.
