Enter Term 1 grades for student that has transferred from another school.

Our High School just closed our S1 grades. A student transferred into our high school mid-term 2.

I received term 1 grades only from her previous school. 

By the end of the scholastic year she will have 3 terms of grades.

My question is this:  How do I enter in the Historical Grades tab, her Term 1 grades so that the year end grades will calculate correctly?

Select the student>Academic Records>Historical Course Grades>Single or Multiple New Entry(ies). See attached.

You will also want to tell teachers to enter the previous grades into PT Pro so the final grade calculates correctly. 

Or you could store for that single student after teachers enter the previous grades (I would do this).
