Email Students Option Disappeared For Teachers

The email option in PowerTeacher disappeared for the teachers in my school. What do I need to do to set it up again?

See if someone disabled the setting on the Admin side. See attached.

Yeah, I went back in and it wasn't checked last night. I selected what the picture showed but it still isn't showing up.

That's the setting that enables/disables email in PT Pro. If it is on and you are not seeing the email option in the menu, you may have a customization interfering with it. Try turning customization off and checking.
