Duplicate Student Record ( make inactive)

I have a duplicate student record with no data attached to it.

I would like to make this record inactive or delete it. How do I go about doing this?

PowerSchool "does not support" deleting a student (although it certainly is doable via DDA). They suggest archiving the student. See attached.
