Display of assignments disabled in parent portal

Hi everyone,

A parent sent a screenshot showing a message upon clicking the Class Assignments tab that says "display of class assignments has been disabled by the student's school". Where is this setting? I am new to this school and to the PowerSchool so I don't know how that's been turned off.
