Digital signature DO NOT REPLY

  1. The email for digital signatures come from an address that say "do not reply." This is very confusing as parents disregard it because they are told not to reply, when we actually do want them to reply.

The "Do Not Reply" label simply means the automated email inbox cannot receive messages; it doesn't mean parents shouldn't take action. You can clarify this by telling parents: "Please ignore the 'Do Not Reply' sender name; while you cannot email that address back, we do need you to click the link inside to provide your signature."
