Credits Completed Column missing credits on transcript

When our registrar prints a transcript from her school for a co-enrolled student at another school the "Credits Completed" column is filled with zeros, everything else is correct. When I log into the registrars school and print the transcript for the same student it shows "Credits Completed" correctly.  I checked her transcript setup before printing and it is correct.  Any help appreciated.

Are you both using the EXACT same Transcript report?  We have 10-12 transcript reports depending on when the student attended the school and what term we are in.

Yes, we use the same transcript report.
