Creating form notifications-discipline

I am not sure if I am posting in the right spot, but here goes.

I am looking for a way to create and generate a form letter when I enter a log entry for behavior.  

The log table and student table seems to be different.

Right now I am entering it once in PS, and again to create a notice home.

Would love to hear any ideas!

You can create a discipline letter in PowerSchool.  Under District Office, go to District Management > Behavior > Discipline Incident Letters.  You can create your letters here.  

To locate the letter and print for a specific student, switch from District Office to the school needed and select the student that you want to run the letter for, then go to Data and Reporting > Reports > System Reports.  Scroll down to Discipline then select Discipline Incident Letters.  You will have the option to select which discipline letter you'd like to run along with what details you would like included in your letter, date ranges, and student(s) selected.
