Change Class Feature From Seating Chart Attendance View

Hello,

I'd like a feature to be made available from the Seating Chart attendance tab in powerschool. Similar to when you are in powerteacher pro, where you can go from class to class and it stays in the same screen. IE If I am entering grades in scoresheet, I can go from hour to hour.

I'd like a similar feature added to attendance. When I am in the seating chart attendance form, it would be convenient to be able to go between different hours and stay in seating chart attendance.

Thank you!

Here is the link to the Ideas Portal where these things can be suggested:

But it takes literally two mouse clicks to switch to a different section's Seating Chart view (which is exactly how many it takes to switch to a different section's Scoresheet in PT Pro), so I wouldn't get my hopes up about any changes being made.

It's about the mental space Jeff. Yes, two clicks. One click to get out of the brain space you were just in, and then another click to reenter it. A simple drop down menu, within the same section, to then move to another class, keeps you in the same brain space. In a day an age when brain space is limited, this simple fix could be the needed fix that allows me enough capacity to come up with some real world changing ideas.

😀 Guess our brains work in vastly different ways. Still, having worked with this vendor for almost 10 years, don't hold your breath. It could likely be done via customization, if you have someone with the requisite know-how in your District.
