Is anyone able to process Interium Progress Reports and send them out electronically? Is so, would you please share.

Hi @JSims-VISD,

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through PowerSchool Community!

We encourage other PowerSchool Community members to share their experiences on how they process Interim Progress Reports and send them out electronically.

You can send Progress Reports and Report Cards through email.  This is setup in the HAC Building Configuration.  Also when refreshing the Data Warehouse the information will be pushed to Home Access Center and the parent/student can view the information there.

We are setting up a Progress Alert through the Home Access Center Building Configuration. However, a parent will not receive this email alert unless they go into the Parent gradebook and insert a checkmark for email in 'My Alerts'. Could we process a SQL statement to insert a checkmark for those with accounts to get the Interim Progress Alert? If so, would you please provide this statement?

Hi @JSims-VISD,

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through PowerSchool Community!

Please be advised, to setup progress alert through Home Access Center Building Configuration and to send an email to users, I recommend connecting with eSchoolPlus Support to process a SQL statement to insert a checkmark for the accounts to get the Interim Progress Alert.
