The same thing happened with us on an eform for detached duty and it was suggested that it was on our end as a result of auto filler. We tested the theory, but it was proved wrong. I would like to know the solution offered by Power Schools to keep the information from switching over.

We are researching the Demographic data being changed when another contact is added. We will follow-up no later than Monday, April 8.

Can you confirm if the Demographic field is locked so only certain roles within the district can make any changes?
After researching the Demographic field further, I recommend building an eform for certain roles allows the Demographic field to be shown, but not edited. The employee's name can be easily modified by searching the employee ID.
