Teacher contracts

We are using Powerschool for Staff HR purposes--not sure of the location name.

2 questions:

how do I add a field to the pull down menu for cotracts?

and How do I eliminate the red in the fields I am not using after I merge?

Would you please provide a screenshot of the fields that are in red when it is merged?
