To add a new reference, click on References in the My Information section of the My Profile page. Those fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required but as much information as possible should be included.
- Name – reference’s first and last names (maximum 40 characters)
- Title – reference’s position at their current employer (maximum 40 characters)
- Employer – reference’s current employer or organization affiliation (maximum 40 characters)
- Email – reference’s email address (maximum 60 characters)
- Phone – reference’s phone number (maximum 20 characters)
- Email letter request… – Check this box to send an email to the reference requesting that they submit a reference letter online
