How to add a Reference Letter to a Reference?

 

Solution

  • Navigate to 'My Profile' 
  • Click 'Add Reference' if you are added a new reference entirely or click the pencil to the right of the reference that you want to add a letter to.

  • Click 'Upload File' and either 'Upload from Device' or if you have uploaded the reference within the 'Documents' section you can select 'Choose from Existing Documents' 
    • File Types Allowed: jpg, jpeg, gif, pdf, doc, docx, txt or rif
    • File Size: less than 5MB
  • Ensure all 'Required' fields are filled in for the reference
  • Click 'Save'

Note: If you would like to email a reference letter request to your reference you can scroll to the bottom of the reference fields and check the box to left of 'Send email request for online letter submission or approval' and click 'Save'.

  • This action will send an email to the email listed for the reference. Please ensure the email is accurate.
