How to Change Your Applicant Account from External to Internal on the Enhanced Candidate Portal

I am currently employed with a school district. How can I change my applicant account from external to internal so that I can see internal job postings?

 

Answer

 

  • First, log into the new enhanced candidate portal for your school district
  • Next, click on the round icon that shows your initials at the top right side of the page
  • Select Internal Job Settings

  • On the Internal Job Settings page, you will be prompted to answer the challenge question set up by your district. This can include verifying your employee ID, district email address, etc., depending on your district's settings.
  • Once you have answered the challenge question, click Verify to finish making your applicant account internal. Once this is complete, you will be able to see internal-only job postings for your district.
