How can I change my application type from Standard(External) to Transfer(Internal) or vice-versa?
I have an standard application, but want to apply for an internal position, how can I do that?

You will have to create a new account with the respective account type in order to change the Account type and apply.
Please refer to this article to create internal account type.
If you already had an account with either of the account type and are unable to create a new account with different account type and get an error that account already exists, please note that the Account type option is controlled solely by the district, if they have disabled the option you will not be able to change the account type.
