Unfinished catagories on Schoolspring Profile

In filling out my profile on School Spring, I have nothing to enter for the categories of Test Scores, Extra Curricular our Certifications. I am not an educator but want to apply for positions in maintenance,  grounds keeping and janitorial. The system won't let me apply for these positions without the above categories filled out it seems.

Is there a way around this so that I can apply for positions at the schools in my area?

Hi @scheuringdesign,

These fields are not required and you should be able to disregard any that do not apply to you. This happens when you keep hitting Next.  Please click on My Profile tab to go back to the main page if you find a category that doesn't apply to you.

When starting my new Profile, I am unable to place/type anything in the "credits beyond degree" box and therefore cannot continue with my Profile creation.
