I am having trouble with my Smartfinder express login. I apparently need to reset my PIN for the call in process as it doesn't accept the one I am prompted to use. I am unclear how to reset a PIN (for phone use). When I try to login to my account, I receive a message indicating I need to register my account. But when I call, I am unable to login in order to register.
Not sure who to contact as my district folks aren't able to help. They sent me a reset link that does not work.
Any help appreciated.
If you have login into SFE for the first time, then your access ID is your Pin. We recommend reaching out to your District who should be able to help you login.
