Referee did not receive invitation to provide reference

Hi there,

I applied for a position . One of my referees has changed his email address and did not receive the email asking for the reference letter. Can anyone help me send an email to his updated email address? I would truly appreciate your help.

If one of your referees did not receive the reference request due to a changed email address, you can usually update their email in your application and resend the invitation. Here’s how to do it in PowerSchool Unified Talent (TalentEd):

  1. Log in to your applicant account.

  2. Go to the section for References / Referees.

  3. Locate the referee whose email has changed and edit their contact information with the new email address.

  4. Save the changes.

  5. Look for an option to resend the reference request. This will send a new email invitation to the updated address.

If your account does not allow you to edit the referee’s email or resend the invitation, you will need to contact your HR department or the district’s TalentEd support team. They can manually resend the invitation to the updated email.
