Although I have created my new account, school spring will not allow me to fully log in.
I attempted to enter my previous account credentials but it still locks me on the select transfer -- which is not visible to me to select.
I have changed my passwords several times and I continue to be locked in on the transfer previous account pop up screen.
Can you please assist with this?
