SO FIRST I TRIED TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT AND IT SAID THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR. I THOUGHT THAT MAYBE IT WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY PASSWORD SO NOW IT AM trying to reset my password on the SCHOOL SPRING WEBSITE! I correctly entered my email to reset my password. The website says, "success, please check your email inbox for a link to reset your password." I checked my email, even the spam, but there is no link being sent. I am not sure how to reset my password to have access to my account.
If you were facing difficulty logging into your SchoolSpring account it may have been due to an issue with the SchoolSpring port which has been resolved since.
