I need to reset my user name, but my email is not being recognized. The user name I thought was correct is not working, either is my email. Is there a way to reset this?

You would first need to verify if you are using the correct email address associated with your account and check your spam folders also to see if the recovery link was sent. This is a common issue if you use a different email address now than when you first created an Applicant account. A valid email address is required to create your applicant account.
You can refer to this article: How-Do-I-Recover-My-Username-and-or-Password to recover your account. You would need to navigate to Job listings> I forgot my username or password> enter the current email and submit.
