New Applicant Login Experience!

With the launch of the new applicant login experience, the applicants will be able to access the jobs on different district job boards by logging in once. There will be no need to create multiple accounts, remember their credentials, and log in again and again.

With Auth0, the new login experience will make the accounts more secure and offer better privacy of data for the users. The latest security protocols and standards protect the platform against malicious attacks. 

Having Trouble Logging In? 

I had an account on one or more Applicant Tracking districts before the new experience was launched 
 

If you are an old user who has returned to Applicant Tracking and wish to access your old data, you can follow the below steps to Sign Up and Access your data. 

Sign Up 

1. Visit the website and click the “Sign In/Sign Up” button at the top of the page. 
2. You will be redirected to the login page. Click on the "Sign-Up" button. 
   
3. Provide the email address you wish to use for login. 
   You can use the same email address as that of your old account. 
   
4. Choose a password of your choice. 
   
5. Click "Continue." A verification link will be sent to your email address. Go to your email inbox and click on the link to verify your account. 
   
   
6. Once your email is verified, you are ready to use the new experience. 

Access Old Data 

1. After logging in (using new email and password), you will be directed to the “Access Data” screen. 
   
   
2. If you had an account with the same email address before the new applicant login experience was released: 
   1. Click Continue to access the application and profile data. 
      Note: Check the username to ensure you are accessing the right account
      
      
   2. Click Use Another Account to enter the credentials of your account for which you want to access the data. 
      
      
3. If you had an account with a different email address before the new applicant login experience was released: 
   1. Enter the username and password
   2. Click Continue to access the application and profile data. 
      
      
4. If you do not wish to access the data of your old account, click Skip and then Continue.
   Note: You will need to authorize access every time you sign into an Applicant Tracking district for the first time. 

I am using Applicant Tracking for the first time

I am unable to access my old account after I set up the new account.  I haven't skipped the access but can't get in.  I would appreciate any help.

Hi @19997151,

Please attempt or confirm that instead of using the option to sign in you actually created a new account which will then allow you to link to your existing SchoolSpring account. This is a new site so accounts do need to be set up the first time but then there is a workflow to allow you to link to a previous account. The reset option you are attempting to use may be in the new site which has not been established yet. Please use the Signup feature first and confirm if that resolves your access and linking old account issues.

Please follow the below steps to log in to your account:

www.schoolspring.com => Sign in / Register => Don't have an account? Sign up => Click on Sign up => Enter your email Continue => Enter a new password => Continue => You will be receiving an email => Verify your email => Transfer data => Enter your old account credentials => All your information will be transferred.
