PowerSchool had advised that any senior students who had an 'I' assigned be withdrawn in order to avoid those marks from being submitted to OCAS/OUAC in the file upload. Unfortunately this has a bearing on the students FTE for the June OnSIS submission.
For example we had a gr. 11 student who had to be removed from all three of their courses due to a final mark of 'I' being assigned and they now have a zero FTE. Was this considered? Any recommendations on how to handle this?
