How many KTO consulting hours can I purchase at a minimum?
KTO consulting hours are available for purchase in increments of 10 hours. These hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Do we have an option to request for less than 10 KTO hours?
The minimum number of KTO hours that can be purchased is 10. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for lesser than 10 hours due to our policy. However, these 10 hours are valid for one year, allowing you to utilize them for any consulting or services within that period.
Can the school replace the existing training hours with KTOs?
No, we would not be able to replace the training hours with KTOs.
Is it possible to exchange specific training or KTO hours that I have purchased among other products?
Whether you can swap your training or KTO hours for other products depends on the availability and usage of your current hours. To explore this option, please reach out to a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
What are the minimum days for On-site training?
The on-site training method is where PowerSchool trainers deliver training programs directly at the school's location or workplace. If the school opts for the onsite training, then the minimum number of days should be purchased for 2 days.
