Answer

You can request a quote for KTO or training hours in two ways through customer connect and the PowerSchool Assistant:

Option 1: Through Customer Connect in the PowerSchool Community

  1. Log in as a Technical Contact
  2. Navigate to the Customer Connect tab
  3. Select the Services section
  4. Click on Where to Get More Services to view available options and submit a request

Option 2: Through The PowerSchool Assistant to contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)

  • Use the PowerSchool Assistant to Contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (CSM)
  • Provide the number of hours you need and the type of training or services you're interested in
  • You’ll receive a customized quote based on your request

Note: KTO hours are typically sold in blocks of 10 and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team.
