How can I delay my project or quote start date?

 

Answer

If you need to delay the start of your project:

 

  • If a Project Manager has already been assigned, please contact them directly to expedite your request.
  • If a Project Manager has not yet been assigned, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) can assist you with the request. To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team.

Please note: All delay requests are subject to review and must be validated with the assigned training resource to confirm updated scheduling availability.

To view project details—including project status and your assigned Project Manager:

 

  1. Log in to PowerSchool Community
  2. Navigate to the Customer Connect tab
  3. Select Services

    Note: This section is accessible to Technical Contacts only

To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team.
