No, Training Hours and Keys to Ownership (KTO) hours are treated as separate service offerings and cannot be used interchangeably. As such, PowerSchool is unable to substitute one for the other. Technical Contacts can log in to PowerSchool Community, Navigate to the Customer Connect tab and Select Services to reach their Project Manager if you have any further questions about project details.
