The ability to apply your training or Keys to Ownership (KTO) hours to other products depends on the availability and usage of your current hours. KTO hours are generally product-agnostic, meaning they can be used flexibly across a wide range of PowerSchool products. For questions about applying KTO hours to a different product, please contact the KTO team at ktos@powerschool.com. Keep in mind Training hours and Keys to Ownership Hours can not be swapped for each other. For inquiries about using Training Hours with a different product, Technical Contacts can view and reach out to your Project Manager and other project details by logging into the PowerSchool Community, navigating to the Customer Connect tab, and selecting Services.
