Enhancements

Enhancement	Description
Form Links for Disabled Organizations	Form links for a disabled organization now display an error message indicating that the link has expired when accessed by a parent. Previously, parents could access and respond to form links from disabled organizations as if they were active. If a parent attempts to access a form link from a disabled organization, they will be prevented from accessing it and shown the message "The form link is no longer active. Please contact the school for details." Additionally, if an organization is disabled while a parent is interacting with a form, their session will be invalidated, and they will be redirected to an error page with the same message. When a disabled organization is re-enabled, parents can once again access and interact with previously inaccessible form links.
Logins for Disabled Organizations	When users from a disabled organization attempted to log in, they will now see a notification indicating that the organization has been disabled. This issue has been resolved.
No New External Approvers in Approval Wizard	The ability to add external approvers has been deprecated to strengthen the security and to ensure that all approvers are authenticated users. Existing external approvers can still be used, but no new external approvers can be added.

Bug	Description
Admin - Active Directory Sync	When users change their name or school location, additional, unused profiles were being generated in Permission Click due to a mismatch between Active Directory attribute and the Email attribute during Active Directory Synchronization. This issue has now been resolved.
Admin - Duplicate Forms	When users attempted to duplicate forms, the screen would freeze and be in the loading state indefinitely. This has been resolved.
Admin - Favorited and Archived Forms	When users favorited and archived a form, they were occasionally unable to view it, while users from other districts could. This has been resolved. Favorited and archived forms are now visible on the forms dashboard, and favorited forms appear when filtering or searching.
Admin - Report Request Visibility	School users could view report requests from district users and sibling school users for shared district reports. This has been resolved.
Admin - Restarting Response	When users attempted to restart a response using Form Manager and clicked “Save and Send,” they encountered an issue where a loading spinner would spin indefinitely. This has been resolved.
Admin - View Tags	When users tried to view tags, their full names were not displaying, and the Access & Visibility dropdown failed to populate tags. This has been resolved.
Parent - Form Submission	When parents submitted certain forms, an unexpected error occurred during submission. This has been resolved.
