Release notes for the Permission Click 25.4.0.0 release.

Bug Fixes

Bug	Description
Admin - Form Manager	When a form in pending approval had completed all approval steps, in some scenarios, it would not transition to "Approved" even after all the approval steps were completed, furthermore, the form manager was inaccessible. This occurred if an Integrated Data Management question was included in the form. This issue has been resolved, ensuring that the form transitions correctly to the approved state after all approval steps are completed.
Admin - Form Manager - Responses	When an admin viewed any form containing equations and expense questions, the contents in the notes column on certain rows were shifted to different rows. Although the notes appeared correctly when editing the response, they were misplaced when viewed in the form manager or downloaded as a PDF. This issue has now been resolved.
Admin - Form Approval	When users with multiple principal profiles attempted to approve a form response, they were occasionally shown a “Not Authorized” error. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Form Approval Reminder	When the admin user clicked the “Send Reminders” link from the Form Manager Approvals, the reminder for the approval notification email was not sent. This issue has been resolved.
Parent - Form Submission	When parents submitted a form, they occasionally encountered an error with a status code 500. This issue has now been resolved, ensuring successful form submissions without errors.
