Solution
Attaching a file to your form is useful when you want respondents to view, download, and print attached files such as handbooks, booklets, policy guidelines, packing lists, etc.
You can also replace the “Form Information” section with an attached file by selecting the “primary” checkbox.
To attach a form to a file, use the “Files” section of the form builder.
Simply click on the “+” button and select files from your computer.
