Solution

Your organization has some rules and guidelines for approving forms. Permission Clicks has approval pathways built-in to help you manage policy and increase compliance.

To Approve and Reject a Form:

  1. You will receive an email when a form has been submitted for approval. Click the link in the email for quick access.
  2. In your Permission Click account, navigate to “Approvals” on the top menu, and select the form you wish to approve.
  3. If changes are required, make comments and then select “Reject”. The form creator will receive an email notification with the comments to make revisions.
  4. If no changes are required, select “Approve”. The form creator will receive an email notification that their form has been approved.
