The easiest way to track an issue like this would be to create a support case directly with PowerSchool Support. We have had issues with missed calls in the past but never more than 2 or 3. In our experience it was usually user error dealing with a typo in the phone number or a phone that was on Do not disturb.

Having the same issue. I happened before last school year and I can not remember how we fixed it. Please let me know if you were able to get it fixed. Thanks
Same issue, but it is specific to lan line users. Our last few messages about school delays went out and those with lanline phones never got the call or a message on their answering machines. However, School Messenger reported a voicemail was left.
I created a case and was told this was possibly a carrier issue and they were working on it. Just an update. One of my contact tat was not receiving the calls signed up for our sms texts and was able to receive that, although this will not help with the landline issue.
We get this, and occurs for a handful of contacts on a random basis nearly every call that goes out. It happens to staff members too. Most of the time the log says machine, or answered and that's usually the standard answer I give people. I stopped sending in tickets because schoolmessenger always gives the same resolution. "We sent the call, the log says it did, and it's not our responsibility how cell and lan line carriers handle them." They never take any blame, and nothing gets resolved.
