How do administrators share lists that are created in SchoolMessenger to send to parents

Good morning,

I am a administator for our SchoolMessenger I have created lists for Broadcasts which is wonderful but they are not shared with other admin to be able to use. How do I share that list so others can use it to Broadcast?

As the owner of the list, you would need to, from the lists page, click on Modify Publication and ensure that you have selected the correct group the share it with. The options are: Un-publish this item, Anyone and Top Users. Once you make it available, the other employee would go to the lists page in SchoolMessenger and Subscribe to that list.
