SchoolMessenger Communicate retains data import history, which can be viewed after the fact. Note: Unless permissions have been changed, only System Administrators and other top-level users have the permissions necessary to view import history. Users without the necessary permissions will not see the necessary sections of SchoolMessenger.
To view files that have been imported into SchoolMessenger Communicate, take the following steps:
The File Date displays the date and time a file was last imported. The Last Run date displays the date and time a file was last run in the live database to be available for use. Not all files that have been imported will have been run.
To force an imported file to run in SchoolMessenger Communicate and update contacts, take the following steps:
To check the status of an in-progress import, select Refresh. When the import has completed, the status will return to Idle.
