Letters in Student ID

Hi, 

We are looking for a way to distinguish our 2 Hybrid Groups (Group A and B) and our 100% remote group (Group C) easily within our SIS and wondering if there is a way to add a letter to our Student ID, versus it just being integers. 

Or if anyone else has ideas for easy ways to distinguish these groups, all ideas welcomed!

Most people are using the Tracks functionality to list these groups and it appears in the student header when visiting any student screen.
