How to roll over students from previous year

Hello

We just had our senior certificate ceremony, and we need to roll over the students to the next grade. as well as closing our seniors for the 23-24 school year. I just wanted to know if there was a step-by-step guide in PowerSchool to do this. If so, can you please advise. If it helps, I typically only use and have access to the Power School Admin selection.
